These programs prepare graduates for the changing business environment by emphasizing adaptive course offerings, innovative partnerships, and personal growth and confidence building. Case studies and an integration of Harvard Business School online education support these programs' unique approach to the rigorous investigation of theoretical business topics.
Graduate in as few as three semesters
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ has embedded Harvard Business School (HBS) education within four courses to emphasize the value of research, case analysis, and real-scenario evaluation. This unique educational option broadens perspectives, enhances global awareness, and demonstrates risk and sustainability across multiple industries.
Six tracks are available to allow you to specialize your degree to align with your professional goals:
1. Accounting
The M.B.A. in Accounting provides advanced coursework for students interested in expanding their business knowledge with an emphasis on accounting. Case studies and practical scenarios will guide the theoretical investigation of topics in this 100% online 30-credit-hour program. Program prerequisites include intermediate accounting I and II at the undergraduate level.
2. Finance
The M.B.A. in Finance provides advanced coursework for students interested in expanding their business knowledge with an emphasis on finance. Case studies and practical scenarios will guide the theoretical investigation of topics in this 100% online 30-credit-hour program.
3. General Business
The M.B.A. in General Business is intended to provide advanced coursework for students interested in expanding their business knowledge. Case studies and practical scenarios from multiple industries will be used to emphasize content and expand application options in this 100% online 30-credit-hour program.
4. Healthcare Administration
The 100% online 36-credit-hour M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration equips pre-professional majors at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and healthcare professionals already in the field to manage services, employees, and facilities; understand and implement the policies and regulations relevant to healthcare fields; and develop working knowledge of informatics and analysis, insurance industry processes, and quality management.
5. Human Resources
The M.B.A. in Human Resources is a 100% online, 30-credit-hour program that focuses on core business concepts while emphasizing aspects that support and enhance a business' largest financial expense: its employees. Coursework will focus on recruitment, retention, and a variety of human-resource practices and policies that can align with the organization's strategic initiatives to support operational goals.
6. Marketing
The M.B.A. in Marketing is a 100% online, 33-credit-hour program that includes core business concepts as well as courses poised to prepare students for next-level marketing strategies. Courses will emphasize marketing communication, technology, consumer behavior and the user experience, research options, digital analytics, and strategic communication planning and tactics.
Masters of Business Administration are awarded to students who have completed the 30-36 required credit hours, depending on which track they are in. Additionally, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is required to continue in each program. Please review the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy in the Graduate Catalog for information regarding good academic standing.
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Undergraduates
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ undergraduate students are eligible for provisional admission if they have earned a minimum of 90 credit hours and have a cumulative 3.0 grade point average or above.
Prospective Graduate Students with Bachelor’s Degrees
Students who have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution, or equivalent, are eligible for admission if they have a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 or above.
