Benefits of Dual Enrollment

Benefits of enrolling in college classes while in high school:

  • Earning credits that can be transferred to college.
  • Saving money by taking the courses prior to college. The student does not have to pay for these college courses.
  • Gaining exposure to a college environment (if taking in-person courses) and college-level learning.

Students who take advantage of the opportunity to dual enroll in college courses often earn as much as a year’s worth of college classes by the time they finish high school.

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ participates in the Michigan Transfer Agreement, which allows students to seamlessly transfer theÌýcourses they take at other Michigan colleges and universitiesÌýto Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ.
